Hello everyone,
First off I'd like to say hello, this is my first time on this forum and it seems like a great place with a lot of knowledgeable people.
Now that I've buttered you all up, here is what I need help figuring out. I work on a team of six in an office and we just recently got our systems upgraded and now have OneNote. What I'm trying to do is set things up so that one person on the team can generate a task in OneNote, assign the task to a particular person on the team, and also have that task show up on the whole team's task list in Outlook. Is this something that is possible? I found that you can share your tasks folder with others, and I know you can create new tasks folders but I can't figure out how to get OneNote to link the tasks to the new task folder.
Also would it be possible to create a macro that automatically assigns a task to a specific person? I have limited experience with macros in Excel but I haven't tried to see how to do it in OneNote.
Thanks in advance for any help!
