Body of email not visible in Outlook Data File Sent Folder

I use Outlook 2010. When I send an email with file attached from my PDF application (Bluebeam Revu) the sent message is placed in the Outlook Data File Sent folder. Just since this morning when I open the email in the Sent folder the text of the email is not visible. The attachment is still there and can be opened...I just can't see what I wrote in the message.

I tried forwarding the message and it is still not visible. Started Outlook in safe mode...message still not visible.

I used View Source and all that appeared was a blank Notepad window.

That means the message you typed wasn't really added to it. Try saving/closing the message then opening the draft copy to add notes.
