In composing new email messages and replies in Outlook 2013 (and other versions as well), I prefer to have a six-point space between paragraphs. I can do this when I am done composing the mesage or reply by selecting all the text and applying the desired paragraph formatting, but I would prefer it be done by default. I've found the settings in Options to select the font and font color (and other font characteristics) for messages, and to create signature blocks, but none for paragraph formatting. Is there a setting I am missing here?

Hi Friend,

In Outlook 2013, you can change the default spacing of paragraph by following the given steps:

New Email >> Format Text >> Change Styles >> Paragraph Spacing >> Custom Paragraph Spacing

In “Custom Paragraph Spacing” option, you can apply the required spacing according to requirement.

Hope it will work!!!!!

Note: Select the "New documents based on this template"option also.

Thanks
