Hi! I have a person with Outlook 2007 who wants to share a folder in their inbox with another person, in an Exchange 2010 environment. They've given the other person "Visible" access to their mailbox and Publishing Editor to the mail folder in question. This all works fine, the other person can see and access all mail items in the folder.
The problem is, the shared folder has hundreds of subfolders. It would be a monumental task to change the permissions on all of those subfolders individually. I can't highlight multiple folders in Outlook and do them all at once so is there any way to accomplish this?
Thanks!
