Outlook 2007 Export tasks to Excel

Hi All,

I'm wondering if any one can help me on a little issue I have. I'm using Sharepoint tasks linked to Outlook to enable my colleagues to track projects they are working on. I need to export the task information in to Excel but unfortunately "File>Import and Export>Export to a file" option only pulls a few lines of the task content not the full details. Does any one know a better way to extract this information?

Are you exporting as CSV or Excel (XLS file)? CSV should include the full body, but it may not open correctly in Excel (it will split into multiple rows). I'm not sure if it will help if you open the csv in notepad and add quotes around the body field, but is worth a try.

Exporting as a CSV instead of an XLS works brilliantly.
