Lost Emails after I connected my outlook.com to Office Outlook

Have run into an issue after I connected my outlook.com to Office Outlook 97.

After installing Outlook Connector and then successfully adding my outlook.com account, I proceeded to reorganise my emails into new folders via Office Outlook 97.

After finishing, I realised that the changes I was making in Office Outlook 97 was not being reflected in outlook.com.

For some reason or another, a lot of the new folders and sub folders (and the emails that it contained) can now longer be seen either outlook.com and Office Outlook 97, which means I have lost access to heap of important emails.

I have been trying to trouble shoot this issue for the past 24 hours without any progress.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

i assume you mean 2007, not 97. :) It can some times take a while for changes to fully sync, especially when you made a lot of changes. you should start seeing some changes within an hour or less though.

Are you sure its set up in the connector? Pop3 wont sync up.
