I purchased a new Toshiba Satellite laptop- Windows 8 and then purchased Outlook Home & Business 2013 upgrading from 2007. I use it for business primarily. After a few days, i noticed random emails wouldn't show in reading pane. I called Microsoft and for 2 months, got different tech people from Philippines or India and hard to understand their English!! They created new user profile and manually copied and pasted all my documents from original profile. Now several months later, i noticed that many documents are missing and basically duplicated on hard drive taking up unnecessary space. I've also been getting error messages when I try to open up random apps like "Store". Error message says: "Store can't be opened with built-in administrator account. Sign in with a different account." My IT computer guy is telling me its because they didn't do it correctly. I've google searched and any answers given for this error message i have tried, to no avail.
Does anybody have a phone number for Microsoft that i can call and try to get this fixed once and for all WITHOUT PAYING!! I originally purchased Outlook 2013 in August 2013.
