In my email, I would like to set a rule that....if the subject line is = to the subject line of any of the other emails in a particular folder, that only the most recent is kept and others deleted.
Can this be done? In my current position, I analyze our patient's electronic medical records (EMR) and if there are problems we start a task with the vendor of the EMR. Anytime there is any correspondence on the task, it sends me an email with a link to the task. Therefore, I only need the most current because it is taking me to the same place anyway. This would be huge for many of us here if there is an answer.
Thanks!
