Hi

How can I create a rule to move incoming emails from any of my contacts out of Inbox and into a different folder? (Outlook 2010, Win7 x64)

Background:
I have about 1000+ legit contacts. I am absolutely sick of getting junk mail.

there is a rule condition for 'is in address book' - that will work as long as you want all in the same folder.

My recommendation is to set junk mail on high, trust addresses in your address book and let everything go into junk. Review the junk folder for false positives and mark those messages as not junk. You'll need to do this for a week or two, then can check it only when you think mail is missing - like an emailed receipt or password reset.

If you want to use a rule instead, move all mail to the junk or deleted folder except if in address book.
