Hi,

Hoping you might be able to make a suggestion. I have a function that moves email messages and prints attachments based on certain criteria.

Every so often an error occurs when email gets overloaded and in order to get the Application Startup to kick off again I need to restart Outlook. Is there are way to programatically restart outlook should an error occur?

Appreciate your help and suggestions.

Michael.

Assuming it's a macro and not compiled, you can open the VB editor, click in the app startup macro and click Run to kick start it.

If you temporarily remove Private from Private Sub Application_Startup you can put "ThisOutlookSession.Application_Startup" on the Quick Access Toolbar or a Ribbon. You can put Private back afterwards.
