Outlook 2010 Outlook 2010 emails do not refresh automatically

Exchange Server
Can receive and send emails from Exchange Server, however, while it just sits there, the emails do not update. I have to manually click "update folder" and then my new emails will appear. Or, I can reopen Outlook and the new ones appear. But they will not update on their own. I deleted the profile and recreated it. I uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled. Still have error. Thank you.

That indicates that you are using a NAT router.. or your send and receive settings are messed up. Close Outlook, type ort paste %appdata%\microsoft\outlook in the address bar of windows explorer and press Enter. Delete the SRS file then restart outlook.
