We have a fancy Konica Minolta printer. Among many other things it scans and emails a PDF to the appropriate user. Being stingy with email addresses, I use the backup account backup@xxxx.com as the sender.
One user (Outlook 2010 32-bit, Windows 7 Pro x64) keeps seeing those messages appearing in her junk folder. There is a rule that any message from backup@xxxx.com should be sent to junk.
She deletes the rule.
A few hours later the rule reappears.
Wut?
