Why are emails for a different pop account copied to outlook.com account?

Outlook 2016: Why are emails for a different pop account copied to outlook.com account? I have set up outlook.com as my main / default account. I have 3 other email pop accounts. Emails from one of those accounts (mail.com) are downloading to the mail.com inbox, but also to the outlook.com inbox. How can I stop this? I have to delete them all from outlook.com, as I don't want duplicates. Thanks, Jo Bennett
 
It sounds like you set up either mail.com to forward to outlook.com or configured outlook.com to go out and get the mail.com mail. If you don't remember which way you did it, log into each and check your settings.

In outlook.com, it's under Gear > Options > your email accounts
