calendar to excel spreadsheet

I have a one page excel spreadsheet months as columns and days as rows for one year but I have to copy manually each of my daily entries from outlook = can this be automated ? David

I'm not sure what you mean by months as columns and days as rows, but as long as it's a standard table format with each entry in a row, you can either export to a csv then copy the rows (because export will replace the contents, not append) or use a macro (can append). This macro shows how to do it - Macro to Export Outlook Fields to Excel - it uses mail in the example but it can easily be changed to use appointments.
