I have been looking for a fix to my contacts issue, but have not found a solution. When I type the email address on certain contacts, I enter the email address, and Outlook chooses a "Display as" name. For some reason, after a few hours, Outlook replaces the email address with the "Display as" name causing emails to be returned as undeliverable. For instance, I enter:
- email: alessandro@highprotectioncompany.com
- Display as: Alessandro Fernandez (alessandro@highprotectioncompany.com)

Then, Outlooks changes the entries as follows:
- email: "Alessandro Fernandes" <alessandro@highprotectioncompany.com>
- Display as: Alessandro Fernandes ("Alessandro Fernandez" <alessandro@highprotectioncompany.com>)

This does not happen to every contact in the book (only about 10 out of 1,500 contacts). I have deleted the affected contacts and created new entries, but it continues to happen. I have altered the name to see if it fixes the issue, but no luck. I am at a loss at this point. Any suggestions or fixes would be really appreciated.
