Subject add ticket number from URL query

Hi

I was wondering if you would be able to assist me iv recently started a new job. The company uses a web bases ticket system that you can call records from using API URL
i NEED!! to integrate this into outlook so that when people in the company reply It will search for the record get the Ticket id and add ##$(ticket_id)## to the subject of the email, i'm really new at this kinda thing so noob answers with code if possible would be appreciated
