Rules & Alerts Dialog Won't Open

Hi,

Read your article. Very informative and helpful but there is something i too deeply searched and some times when Outlook Rules & Alerts won't work or failed to create new one. It is sometime because of insufficient storage space error in Exchange Server and hence Outlook cannot save rules. Read the article for more information & its possible workarounds.
