Exchange Server 2010
Hi Folks - new user here!

I'm running Exchange 2010 on Server 2008 R2 with TMG 2010.

The other day I installed an SSL cert in Exchange (mail.openinjection.com) with my internal network domain being askmarvin.ca

Ever since I did that whenever I open Outlook 2010 I get a message stating;

Security Alert

Information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others. However, there is a problem with the site's security certificate.

As you can probably guess, the problem it reports is that "The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site"

As I figure it, when I open Outlook 2010 it's heading over to mail.askmarvin.ca and finding a certificate for mail.openinjection.com and thus the error.

I have proper DNS entries for both domains that resolve to the same server. I tried changing the server settings for my outlook account to mail.openinjection.com but it changes them back to mail.askmarvin.ca <- it would seem to me that this would have been the easy way to address this issue. My guess is that because the clients using Outlook 2010 are on the askmarvin.ca domain, it's always going to block any attempt I make to change the server address.

Any ideas on how to properly resolve this?
