Hello,
As my title says I just installed a new solid start hard drive and a full version of Windows 10 that I bought at the Microsoft Store. I was having problems with my Windows 10 Upgrade for several reasons so I decided to do a fresh install.

It's been a few years since I had to install Office and I am lost with Outlook customizing settings, is there a good tutorial on how to format the fonts for each section of the Outlook interface.

I have figured out somethings but even after I change the font size for something I go back in to settings for example the messages in the main window and the font and size are back to default even though the fonts I changed are still working in the area I changed them.
If there is no tutorials here are my problems,
1. I would like to set the font and size for all messages in all folders to be the same
2. I can't find where to change the font and size of the folders
3. I can't remember how to add spell check to my messages I compose, I once added the spell check to the ribbon but forgot how I did it.
4. I have my messages in the main window set to single but I am getting a second line of part of the message I want to get rid of the mini preview.

Those are the main issues I am having. When someone answers these questions I will save it to my Documents so next time I will not have to ask for help again.
Thanks
Ron

1. in the message list, set the font size in Views. Disable the Group By View in Outlook - Outlook Tips gives the basic steps - it works for all changes to view, not just group by.

2. Assuming outlook 2010, Tip 894: Changing Folder and Message List Fonts - Outlook Tips 2013/2016 don't have this option and are limited to changing Windows display %.

3. This is in File, options, mail - near the top is spelling and autocorrect.

4. Assuming you see preview for unread messages, this is also in views, under other settings.
