Did you get any error messages?
You need to sign out of the icloud - right click on the icloud icon in the windows notification tray and choose Open iCloud Settings. Sign out. (If asked to make a local copy, say no, unless you have appointments in outlook's icloud copy that are not online). I would open Outlook and go to file, account settings, data file tab. If icloud's data file is listed, select it and click Remove. close Outlook.
You can either sign back in now or uninstall icloud, reboot, and reinstall it before signing back in. Without knowing what error messages you got, its hard to say if reinstalling is required.
