Environment is Office 365/Outlook 2016:
My client has recently noticed that when they go to manually move multiple emails from their Outlook inbox to a "project specific" Public Folder it hangs Outlook until the move process is completed. The more emails they select to move, the longer the user has to wait. I would like to find a better way to automatically do this. Possibly scan the users sub-folders named with a project number 2017#### then move any emails in these folders to a corresponding Public Folder project year folder and sub-folder named the same 2017\2017####. As stated above, the client uses Office 365 and Outlook 2016. The key will be to be able to choose when this process kicks off and scans these multiple sub-folder in the users inbox. This way they can execute this at a time of their choosing.
