Because they are in an exe, it should be possible using windows functions. But I don’t know how. I know or could get the exe name to use. I have a zip of the 2003 icons at Extracting Icons from Windows files - @Poremsky.com. The paths and file names would be similar for later versions (need to adjust the paths for each version) and to the best of my knowledge, none of the icons were removed from later versions. (I have zips for each version but don’t recall which ones I uploaded.)

Thank you,
Icons are in many files :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\OUTLOOK.EXE
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\OLKFSTUB.DLL
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\1036\OUTLLIBR.DLL

Programmatically we need to use ExtractIconEx and DrawIconEx API functions

I use this program to scan icons in files
IconsExtract - Extract icon/cursor stored in EXE, DLL, OCX, CPL files
