Pick-a-Meeting in Outlook 365

I'm trying to schedule multiple meetings and want each participant to select just one of the meetings. I saw that this was possible in earlier versions of Outlook but I can't figure out how to do it in Outlook 365. Does anyone know how to do it?

I have been using outlook for my firm Manufacturing ERP Software Dubai. But in some way I schedule meeting for my clients by sending emails. They dint receive in correct time. can anyone help for ERP System Dubai?
