Hello,

When I open a new email the default font is Calibri body 11 black color. When I reply to an email the font is Calibri body 11 but the color is some blue tone. Is there a way to permanently set the color to black instead of having to do it each and every time.

I have looked at settings but don't see this one.

Thank you in advance!

Hi Diane,

Thanks for your prompt reply! I found that I had to use Tools>Options>Mail Format>Stationery and Fonts ( slightly different route but found it). However, when I click the Stationery and Fonts button nothing happens. Any idea how to fix that?

Thank You!
