I would like to have sender's email address displayed, next to the name. When using email, email 2 and email 3, nothing is displayed.
Maybe because the mails are old?
Maybe because the account that I used at the time does not exist anymore?

I also have a question regarding the names displayed
for one and the same senders email address, different names are displayed.
There maybe 3, 4 or more names used for the same email address.

This makes sorting a bit difficult (reason for asking to have a column showing the actual email address)
Can this retroactively be changed, i.e. also for old messages?

Thanks.

BTW ..
Lateron I found something complicated with .cfg files and IMAP, but I use POP3

See How to display the sender's email address in Outlook to show the sender's email address. This will work with all account types.

This is the result of how they have their display name on different email clients. It is possible to use a macro to change them so they all match, but using the email address field to sort/group would be more efficient.
