Outlook 2007 crashes when opening an email

Outlook version
Outlook 2007
Email Account
I am running Outlook 2007 on a Windows 7 machine. When I try to open an email, Outlook crashes. However, if I choose Reply or Forward without opening the email, it works fine. This is how I am able to read email right now. Also, if I choose New email, it opens a new message and works fine.

I have deleted the following files to no avail as the problem persists, even when I open Outlook in safe mode:

I have ran scanpst and it does repairs errors found. Then I ran it again until there were no errors.

So then I opened Outlook 2007 and, once again, I can do everything except open an email - when I do that, it crashes. Then the pst file once again has errors which I can, again, repair with scanpst.

It seems something within Outlook itself creates pst errors when I try to open an email.

I have deleted the following files in case they might have been corrupted.

Here are the problem details from the error message

Any thoughts on why this is happening or how to stop it? No changes to the computer have taken place. I can still reply, fwd, or create a new email without problem - just cannot open one from within Outlook 2007.

It does crash both when using the reading pane and opening the message in a new window . As far as attachments, I can right click the email and choose view attachment (or see attachment) and the attachment does open and display for me without Outlook crashing.
