We have to ensure that every email we send contains [SEND SECURE] within the subject header to ensure it is encrypted due to GDPR and DPA.

I have tried the following but it pops up with message whether or not the email contains the words.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks for reply. Tried it and it works but only if [SEND SECURE] is the only text in the subject header. I need it to search the entire subject line for the words "[SEND SECURE]" and only pop up if not found within the words within the subject header line.

(PS ignore the Prompt$ message, it now reads, "Email not encrypted. Do you still want to send?")

Thank you so much.

New code works and, it ensures upper case is relevant (if in lower case not recognised as encrypted)

Very much appreciated. My Director is especially pleased.
