BCM 2013 not functioning as BCM 2010 Example no drop down for communications history

Hello,
I recently upgraded my Outlook 2010 to Outlook 2013. I've been using Business Contact Manager in Outlook 2010 with no issues. After upgrading to Outlook 2013, Business Contact Manager is missing features and doesn't seem to function the same as in Outlook 2010. Example... the "Communications History" drop down is missing from the "Show" section in the Ribbon under "Account". Also, when viewing an account there is no longer a list of contacts associated with the account.

Please help.
