in Outlook BCM ?

Hi I am using Outlook, Business Contact Manager, and Excel all Ver 2010,
I have a SQL connection in Excel to Contacts Full View of BCM. It appears the none of the views includes any
User Defined Fields created in BCM.​
In order to sync my UDF fields I have to have the
UDF I have created (A), and have found a BCM field that I was not using placed in the contacts view (B) in order to sync the data to Excel and still be able to use the Bulk Edit function in BCM.​
My problem is that I have to copy the data in A across to B for each contact so that it is synced via SQL connection.

Is there a way to have a macro copy from A to B when data is entered?

I know there is a way to set up a query for the UDF's but I haven't been able to work out how it all works.

Accessing User-Defined Fields in a BCM2010 SQL Database

In BCM, custom fields are called user-defined fields (UDF). When a UDF is created, BCM creates entries in several tables to keep track of the new UDF, stores the actual data in binary format and labels the columns UserField# – where # is a number between 1 and 300.
