Thank you for the quick reply. I left a corporate exchange environment to a small business w/out exchange.. too expensive to implement office 365 with hosted exchange so OL is becoming less useful and am forced to drop it because of so many exceptions and tricks to make things work.. too...

Hello, I have OL 2013 on win 8.1 and for the life of me can't figure out how or where to get categories options to show up in contacts. i use existing categories but when I add new contacts there is no selection option to place them in pre-labeled categories.. very frustrating.. so many things...
