Is there any way in OL 2013 to link tasks as can be done in Wunderlist? They do it by creating tags e.g. #OL which creates a link so you can instantly view all tasks tagged "#OL." Ideal for tracking projects. etc.

Is there any way to shorten the Advanced Find process for the following: finding all Outlook Items with a specific value within a User Defined Field i.e. doing the search often with a different value in the field each time?
