In WIndows Vista /7
Click on Start > In search, type "run" (without quotes) > In the list click on Run
In the run windows, type outlook /cleanviews > Click OK

You can try two things :
You can try running the inbox repair tool on your .pst file which is in Outlook
You can create a new profile in outlook and import your data from old profile

Please try to login to webmail to check if you have the right password. If Yes or No, try resetting the password for your email account with the help of your Internet Service Provider.
Problem with Sending emails (Sending 1of x)
This is a very simple issue
Cause : Hidden read receipts will be stuck in the Outbox
Reason : You ISP does not allow you to transmit these receipts which are hidded and will be stuck
Solution : Use the free tool from the link...
Remove the email account
Close Outlook
Delete the .OST file for the problematic email account
Re-open Outlook
Add the email account ( Using Outlook Hotmail COnnector )
Once finished, close and re-open Outlook
Change the Download Mode for this email account to download only...
Open Outlook > Right click on Personal Folders > Data File Properties
Click on Upgrade to Color Categories.
Note : you might not get the same color what you have given earlier and this works 80% of the times.
