Recent content by casebase

I've got a number of task lists in different data files (iCloud, exchange and the default .pst). I want to view them all together, particularly in the to do bar but can't find a way to do so in Outlook 2007. Does anyone know how or a workaround and/or can this be done in Outlook 2010. Thanks...
