I've been working in technology for the last 30 years, having entered the technology realm at age 30. I've never looked back. I love it even on the worse days (when the thought "I could have been a hairdresser") crosses my mind.)

My focus is end user services for law firms in California. Why mention California? It is one of the most litigious states with a mountain of rules and regulations governing how lawyers practice their craft as a case evolves.

This necessarily includes in depth knowledge of litigation software - of which there are many titles. My focus is the electronic discovery paradigm. I specialize in building and maintaining Concordance databases - a review platform for sloshing through hundreds of thousands of documents to extract the relevant material for prosecution/defense. I use my knowledge of MS systems to mine data.

I provide desk side support and Office training. I drew the line at bottle washer and cook.
