Bumping this question but for Office 365 Outlook.
I have my primary contact list, and another that I have mailed and cleansed. I don't want to use an automerge as this has caused me many, many problems in the past but would like to compare the two and manually change my master list.

I get more responses from this than the outlook Request Read Receipt.
It will show if the mail had been opened but not by whom; however, can you not see who is logged-in and who isn't?

Outlook 2016 desktop connected to Office 365
I have a structured folder system where one of my product brands has a folder and every customer (by company) has its own sub-folder.
I'd like to select the product folder and have a method of searching through all sub-folders to harvest the email...
I run my own business and have my own contacts in Outlook but recently I began to subcontract to another firm and we merged our two lists into one.
Before doing this I set categories to show the source of the contact.
What I would like to do now it to run some kind of query against the two...

I have about 700 contacts and they will be around the same. I'm guessing that at least 60% (maybe 75%) will be the same contact perhaps with different levels of information. We may also have our own 'notes' in the notes field too.
I use the Company Phone field to store the main Company number and Business Phone for the direct-dial number.
How can I change the default contact view to show 'Company' rather than 'Business' and change 'Home' to 'Business'?
