Turns out that it was the Sperry Zoom Software causing the problem. I changed the magnification, and the problem went away. Go figure.

Thanks Diane. The only problem is that I like 107% for reading messages, and 87% for viewing messages in the Preview Pane. Sperry Software allowed different zoom percentages for each.

I think there are some bugs in Outlook 2019, because I am having similar issues. The ribbon, for example, doesn't seem to remember it's state from one moment to the next.

I haven't used iCloud in forever. I switched to Samsung/Outlook and haven't looked back.

You can also select the email and hit ALT Enter to bring up the message properties. This box will show the message location.

I'm creating a contact group for a community newsletter. We will have 654 email addresses. Is there a fast way to add bulk addresses to this group. For example, it would be great if we could import a comma delimited text file to Outlook 2019 for this? Is this possible?

Looks like my fix may not be permanent. What does work, for like a day, is to re-index, but that takes forever. Would love to hear about your batch file that stops and starts the Search Service.
