Re: why do exchange contacts not sync properly from outlook 2011 to outlook 20 thanks, that solved my problem. I went through it so quick that i didnt even realize that i could click into "full name". when doing so i that "deal novant" was assigned as a middle name.

I'm running exchange though my company email using outlook 2010 on pc. I add a contact with the full name "Highrise Deal Novant Medical". when i get home I open my contacts on outlook for mac and the contact name shows as " Highrise Medical" Why? How can i fix that?
