Thanks for the input... I was afraid that was the case... I looked thru slipstick but find nothing that really meets our needs. Here is a little more info in case anyone has specific recommendations Our back-end is now Google but most people still use Outlook 2010 as the front end...

We are looking at BCM 2010 for a solid, groupware version of a PIM. We no longer have Exchange and we need something that will handle a a lot of contacts but none of the CRM stuff. I have found where I can rename, add, etc fields but what I really need to do is delete entire sections...
