Thanks Diane. My problem is slightly more generic. Not only to I not get search as you type functionality, I get no returns at all from the iclouds folder unless I select "current folder only"

Using Outlook 2010 with I-cloud. When in Contacts and searching via Ctrl-E results do not include the icloud contacts folder even though Search options are set to "all folders". Results are from the icloud contacts folder if search options are set to "current folder". What am I doing...
