Ok I think I have worked out the easiest solution to above, make another rule using parts of the senders address and then, as you originally showed, click on the from field, and a colon and then add the next set of words from an email address. Means an extra rule to go with the simple email...

Further, I have done that using the outlook desktop ok. It updated the server and the rule in the server now has 2 email addresses. But I would prefer to make the rule editing using the server, so that other units accessing the server, will get the same rule edits. Jeff
