Diane, Thanks for you expeditious reply. To answer your questions: (1) YES - the Names will ALWAYS be in capitals. (2) And, YES - the Telephone Numbers will ALWAYS parenthesis around them with not spaces between the digits. Will that effect the code in which you have written at all? Thanks...
