    When I print a contact, it shows my name at the top. I would like this to have the name of my business instead. I can't seem to find where and if this can be changed. Any tips?

    I tried that. It DOES give me the info I need, but I have to find the correct pull down menu (all contact fields), and then scroll to the info every time. Is there a way to simplify this process? It's just frustrating since it has been there since at least 2000, and now it's gone.

    I really hope I am missing something. In Outlook 2007, you could view the properties of a specific contact, and see the date it was created, modified, etc... This appears to have vanished in Outlook 2010. Is there a simple way to see this info? I don't want to sort all of my contacts, etc... I...
