    Cannot Delete Individual Email - Greyed Out

    I had this problem with a POP3 account with gmail. It turned out that the inbox thought that it contained some IMAP items when it didn't. Solution. 1) check that the gmail (or whoever) account is set to POP3 2) rename the outlook.pst file to oldoutlook.pst (or anything.pst) 3) start...
