You can't move it, IMAP does not support the special outlook folder like calendar and contacts. You need to leave the old data file in your profile for calendar and contacts.
In looking at your folder screenshot, did you move the user folders?
The folders in the user path are normally hidden and you can either copy the path from the dialog or type %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook into windows explorer to find them.
You need to close Outlook on both windows 7 and in the vpc and copy the outlook 2010 pst to a shared folder that the vpc can access. You can open it from the shared folder, but only one oulook can use it at a time.
The easiest way is to fix it is by resetting your view. In Outlook 2010, switch to the view ribbon and click the Reset button.

When the attachment is in the message body, it means the message format is RTF. Change it to HTML or plain text in File => Options => Mail. Chose the message format at the top of the screen.
I had similar problems. I ended up removing the account from my profile, uninstalling the connector, rebooting and reinstalling it and adding the account back.
