Outlook 2007.Messages get stuck in outbox. Help thread asks if messages get sent when starting Outlook in safe mode, but nothing about Yes or NO. Nothing follows. I can send messages with small attachments stuck in Outbox in safe mode, but not in regular modes. What next in figuring out the problem?
