And no, there is no other occurrence for the same time, there are other occurrences but for different time on the same day though.

Thanks Diane again, I tried and changed the time on outlook but on the CPA only shows all the way to 5pm after that if you have any thing after 5pm even if it's at 9 pm it will show at the 4:30 slot. However, it indicates the time on the slot. I think it might be a glitch in the CPA...
