    Cannot send Email

Is this a pop3, Imap or Exchange account? Has this worked before? If so, when did it stop working? Did you make any changes to the account? One possible reason is the outgoing port number may be incorrect.

I hope someone can help... I'm being sabotaged!

There are no settings in Outlook that would prevent you from getting email on your phone. Are you still receiving emails in Outlook? If so, then you may want to remove the account from your phone and reload it.

The only way it can be added to the Exchange calendar is if the pst file is linked to the Exchange server.

On your PC, if you click on Start, Control panel, Mail, then show profiles, there is an option to set the IMAP account as the default.

    Undisclosed recipients

If you want to send an email to a group without disclosing the recipient's email addresses, you will have to create a Distribution List, or add the users to the BCC line instead of TO.

    Recipients

Unfortunately I don't believe you can. The problem with having alot of recipients in an email is that alot of mail servers might flag it as spam and some people won't receive the email. If you have a lot of recipients, your best bet would be to use a 3rd party mass email client. I believe there...

    Calendar invitations disappearing from Inbox

You may want to check to see if there are any rules setup to send those notification emails to another folder. Have you checked any of your other folders to see if they appear in there? What about in the deleted items folder?

    Redirecting emails to specific folders?

You would want to setup a rule so that all emails coming in from your company's IT group would goto that specific folder. In Outlook 2010: 1. Click on Rules > Manage Rules and Alerts 2. New Rule 3. Select Move Messages from someone to folder > Next 4. Select Where...

have all incoming emails from same co. condensed under one name

I don't believe you can group emails by domain. What you could do is create a folder for that domain, then setup a rule so that when an email comes in from that domain, you can set the rule to forward it to that folder. I am not sure if there is any other way to do it.
