I feel a little embarrassed, almost stupid. I must admit that I have found the solution myself. Can’t tell and don’t know what really happened the first time. In case anyone else needs it:
Right click one attached file
Choose Select All
Right click again
Choose Save As

Try the following as a test, as I did:
Create 3 files.
Filename001.txt
Filename002.txt
Filename003.txt
Check the date and time. Mine were created 08:00
Send files as an attachment to your e-mail account.
Wait 5 minutes.
Save the files, by doing the following tests...
When copying (copy/paste or drag ‘n’ drop) attached files from message to disk/server, the date is changing.
When using Save As on one attachment the original date is kept unaltered.
