Activities does not show journal entries. How do I update outlook? I went to <help> <check for updates> but there are no office or outlook updates available. Would it be an optional Windows update?

Using Office Professional Plus 2010 (32 bit) I have customized the Journal Entry List view by using the Field Chooser. (adding phone #, email address, etc.). Only the contact name and company show in the list. Any suggestions?
