Any kind of attachment, excel, pdf, word.. And ni cant save... There is no message given.. Win7.. Thank you for your response! I tried the reg edit on the keys where outlook saves attachments, there are ni files in that directory.. Tank you

hi, I am very puzzled by this problem. outlook ignores any attempt to open or save the attachment.. There are no error messages given. i have researched the hidden shadow file issue.. where it has saved one file more than 100 times.. this does not appear to be the issue as my shadow...
